    You are bidding on a very nice piece of United States Post Office memorabilia made by Vernon Kilns for the 1952 National Association of Postmaster Convention held in Boston, Massachusetts on October 12-16, 1952.  Wonderful illustrations of historical locations of Boston adorn the entire plate.
    The beautiful illustrations of the City of Boston include, the Paul Revere House, the Bunker Hill Monument, Faneuil Hall, the Old State House and the current State House, Kings Chapel and the United States Custom House.  It appears that the artist of this spectacular Souvenir is Paul L. Davidson.
    The back of this great Vernon Kilns Souvenir Plate reads, “Issued in tribute to the Postmaster General of the United States - Honorable Jesse M. Donaldson” and “Vernon Kilns U.S.A.”
    This Vernon Kilns piece is in beautiful condition with little or no wear or damage and can be hung on a wall.
    The Plate measures 10.5” in diameter.
